Women's Ministry

Women in the Word will meet on the 2nd Monday of every month in the historic Chapel from 6:30 – 7:30 pm, beginning in September. Every month, we will focus on a woman from scripture to better understand her story, how God equipped her, and what we can learn and apply to our own lives. Women of all ages are invited to attend (childcare will not be provided).  

A New Women’s Book Club will meet on the 4th Monday of every month at the parsonage. Every month, participants will purchase, download, or borrow a pre-selected Christian fiction book, read the book during the month, and then gather for an open book club discussion. The first book is Theo of Golden by Allen Levi. The book club discussion will be Monday, August 24th from 6:30 – 7:30 pm.  

Upcoming books include If I Were You by Lynn Austin in September and The Prayer Box by Lisa Wingate in October.  

Mom’s Group meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 5:45 – 7:00 pm upstairs in the Bailey Hall building. This group is ideal for moms who are actively parenting children of all ages and are seeking to community with other moms who are seeking to place Christ first within their homes. This group meets concurrently with children and youth programming and childcare is also available.  

Bible Study at Adeles - meets weekly on Friday mornings 

Women’s Grow Group will meet weekly on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 – 10:00 am at the parsonage beginning August 25. The group will read and reflect on the book Great Morning Awakenings by Tara Beth Leach. This is an ideal group for those wanting to start or develop a personal, daily quiet time with God.
